I know. I know. I promised focal beads and I didn't deliver. My wrist was so sore after my appointment with the chiropractor, that I just took a few days off to heal. Apparently, my wrist was pretty locked up and had a very limited range of motion, in addition to my shoulder being messed up and the rest of my body just being out of whack in general. Wonder why I have the Rolling Stones lyrics to Mother's Little Helper running through my brain...What a drag it is getting old...

There are a few new focals waiting to be cleaned. I'll try to get them up after I get back from the chiropractor. My fingers in my right hand are going numb a couple of times a day, so I am hoping it is just a pinched nerve from me needing an adjustment. See you soon!
